Ross is joined by pianist Benjamin David Tufte, a long time duo partner, to perform some lesser-known works for viola and piano by Rebecca Clarke.

The program is concluded with a 50th anniversary performance of the titular Sonata for Viola and Piano by Dmitri Shostakovich.
